Safe Exchange

The Clayton Police Department offers a Safe Exchange location for public convenience and safety.

Our Safe Exchange spot provides a secure environment for various purposes, including:

• Facilitating meetups with buyers/sellers from platforms like Facebook Marketplace or other online trading sites.
• Arranging child custody exchanges.

Located within our parking lot, two designated spots are reserved exclusively for these exchanges. These areas are under constant surveillance, ensuring a secure and monitored environment for in-person transactions.
