Fingerprint Services

The Clayton Police Department is proud to offer fingerprint services, a digital offering, as a convenience to the community. 

Appointments:

Fingerprint services are by appointment only. Appointments are available 9 a.m. - 3 p.m., Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at our office, located at 315 E. Second St., Clayton, NC 27520. Please include a telephone number and an email address when scheduling your appointment.

Cost:

Fingerprint services cost $17.00 per customer, each visit. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept credit/debit card. There is processing fee, which is paid to the company that provides this order, payment, and processing system to the public.

Requirements:

Individuals wishing to obtain fingerprints must present a current/valid, government-issued photo identification (For example: state-issued driver’s license or ID card, passport, or U.S. military ID). No digital representations of said identification will be accepted.
