Planning a Special Event of Your Own?

A Special Events Permit is required to hold an event on any public property in the Town of Clayton. If you are interested in planning an event, please email Amy Shearin, the Emergency Management Coordinator. The Special Events Permit Application (PDF) is available here.

If you are interested in knowing how you can participate in any of Clayton Parks and Recreations special events, please email Lauren Lambert, our Marketing and Special Events Coordinator.

Many of our annual special events have been postponed due to COVID-19. As restrictions begin to ease, we hope to be able to announce dates for events to be held later in the year. Check back often and like us on Facebook and Instagram to get the latest information about upcoming special events
